Sandra Bumgardner Williams, 80, of Hickory Flat, passed away at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo on December 3, 2024. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on March 14, 1944, to William Edward Bumgardner and Ruthie Payne Bumgardner. Mrs Williams was a bookkeeper.
Mrs Williams is survived by her husband, Newell Byron Williams, two sons, Ronald Freels (Esther) of Bradley, South Carolina, and Thomas Hanson of Hickory Flat, and a daughter, Sheryl Fowler, also of Hickory Flat. She also leaves a sister, Shirley Ann Kane of Horn Lake, seven grandchildren, Tristan, Jed, Eli, Malachi, Ruth, Melody, and Zach, and fifteen great grandchildren, Sean, Anna Lee, Grayson, Jeremiah, Avery Rose, Emma, Noah, Elizabeth, Mary Ann, Remmi, Colton, Maddox, Rowan, Charlie, and Charlotte.
Graveside services for Mrs Williams will be held at the Free Springs Methodist Church Cemetery in Harmontown, Mississippi, on Friday, December 6, 2024. |
