Reba Jean Elliott, of Hickory Flat, left her earthly home on July 15, 2023, at 89 years old to be with Jesus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Lizzy Taylor, her husband, John, her brother, Ralph Taylor, and her son, Charles West.
She leaves behind her granddaughter, Sabrina (Robert) Booker, her great grandson, RJ Booker (who was her entire world), and her great grandson, CJ Buckley, affectionately known as "her baby". She also leaves her bonus granddaughters, Arrainne (Carlos) Buckley, Tai Stewart and great grandchildren Areil and Carlee Buckley and Autumn Stewart, as well as an abundance of friends. To know her was to love her, and she would help anyone and she loved unconditionally. She loved her family and Jesus. A piece of her will live on in her granddaughter and great grandson. We know that she is in heaven with her loved ones, rejoicing, and no longer in pain. Her passing has left a large void in our lives; she was the centerpiece of our family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hickory Flat, Mississippi.
Services for Mrs Elliott will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 12:30 pm. The family will recieve friends and family from 10:30 until service time. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
