Mr. Thomas Arthur Holbrook passed away on October 2, 2024 at his home in Potts Camp, Mississippi. Mr. Holbrook was born on August 30, 1946 to Henry Lee and Gathel Miller Holbrook in Marshall county. Mr. Holbrook worked for the Ashland Oil Company for over 30 years and he was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Mr. Holbrook is survived by three sisters, Carrie Sexton (Robert) of Potts Camp, Mississippi, Rita Seyfarth (Roger) of Florence, Mississippi, and Ruth Kiddy (Roger) of Hickory Flat, Mississippi. He also leaves behind a sister-in-law, Shirley Holbrook of Tishomingo, Ms. Additionally, Mr. Holbrook leaves behind a host of 6 Nieces and 4 Nephews. Mr. Holbrook was preceded in death by his parents. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Robert Holbrook and Charles Holbrook along with a sister Elaine Holbrook.
Services for Mr. Holbrook will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 4, 2024, in the chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will take place two hours before the service beginning at noon and lasting until service time. Burial will take place in the Chewalla Primitive Cemetery in Potts Camp, Ms.
