Christina Jean Glisson

Christina Jean Glisson, 57, of Red Banks, passed away at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis on August 6, 2024.  She was born in Memphis on Decembet 11, 1966, to Lyndol Wayne Gibson Sr and Wilma Jean Hodges Gibson. Mrs Glisson was a homemaker.

Mrs Glisson is survived by her husband, Joe Adam Glisson Sr. of Red Banks, and two sons, Joseph Glisson Jr. (Rachel) of Olive Branch, and Jason Glisson of Red Banks.  She also leaves her mother in law, Audean Halley of Red Banks, three brothers, Rickey Gibson (Regina) of Collierville, Tennessee, Lyndol "Bubba" Gibson Jr (April) of Kilmichael, Mississippi, and Tim Gibson of Alabama, and seven sisters, Dolores Spicer of Red Oak, Texas, Suzanne Bassett (Mike) of Philadelphia, Deborah Gatlin (David) of Olive Branch, Viva Pearson (Johnny) of Kilmichael, Charmin Palmertree (Brandon) of Kilmichael, Emily Hony (Spencer) of Pearl Mississippi, and Nancy Blackstock (Adam) of Kosciusko, Mississippi, and three granddaughters, Grace Glisson, Lydia Glisson and Erika Glisson.

Services for Mrs Glisson will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 12:00 (noon).  A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 am, and continue until service time.  Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery.
