Linda Muriel Vanover Gabbert, 80, of Hickory Flat, passed away in Holly Springs on May 2, 2024. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky, on March 30, 1944, to Pruitt Vanover and Opal Bunch Vanover. Mrs Gabbert was a retired seamstress.
Mrs Gabbert is survived by a son, Christoper Alan Gabbert and a daughter, Terry Lynn Gabbert Thompson (Mike). She also leaves four grandchildren, Rebecca N Siria (Nick), Joshua Andrew Thompson (Katie), Anthony Carl "Tony" Gabbert, and Ariel N Pannell (Brandon), five great grandchildren, Lucie Kate Turner, Samuel G Siria, Laura Beth Turner, Harper Grace Pannell and Ezra Phillip Pannell, and a sister, Pat Smith She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin S Gabbert, her parents, a brother, Donald Vanover, a sister, Nelda Fay Harpe, and a grandchild, Alan Gabbert. .
Services for Mrs Gabbert will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 4:00 pm. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 2:00 pm and continue until service time. Burial will be in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Hickory Flat, Mississippi. |
