William F. Rapp, 88, of Waterford, Mississippi, passed away at his home on May 20, 2023.
Mr. Rapp was born in Memphis, Tennesssee on December 18, 1934 to Frank Rapp and Mary
Adams Rapp. Mr Rapp was in construction.
Mr. Rapp is survived by 3 daughters, Elaine Sparks (Don) of Eads, Tennessee , Rebecca
Gomez (Tino) of Byhalia, Mississippi and Laura Collie r(Bobby) of Waterford, Mississippi,
nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mr. Rapp was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Belk Rapp, his parents, Frank and Mary Rapp, and two grandsons, Justin Miller and Jason Miller.
